Can I Order for Next Day Delivery?
Due to the nature of how we create your items, we do not offer next day delivery.
Can I Order a Gift?
Yes, you can just add "GIFT" into notes at checkout, you can also add a personalised note to the recipient at checkout. The receipt will not be sent within the package if you let us know it is a gift.
Can I Pay In Instalments?
We want to ensure that we are being responsible to our customers and therefore, we do not provide this service.
I Don't Know My Ring Size - What Should I Do?
If you do not know your ring size, we strongly advise you go to a local jewellers and have them measure your UK ring size. We will try as hard as we can to advise you on your ring size but we can not be held responsible for determining it. Everyone likes wearing their rings differently depending on the shape of your hands - it's best to go and get measured!
Does My Jewellery Have a Warranty?
Every piece of Cyprien Jewellery is covered by a 30-day warranty. This warranty applies to all online orders on www.cyprienjewellery.com. The warranty is only valid with proof of purchase.
Is There a Repairs Service Available?
Yes, we offer a repair & reconditioning service, Within the 30 day warranty period this is free of charge upon receipt of a copy of the proof of purchase.
If your jewellery is outside of the warranty period we are still able to offer this service to you for a small fee.
How Do I Return my Jewellery?
Even the finest jewellery requires a little extra attention now and again. Should your jewellery require repair please return it to us. Please email before sending the item to email@example.com. Stating as much information about the piece as possible.
Once your jewellery has arrived with us it will be assessed by Cyprien Jewellery and we will keep you up to date with the next steps.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of order receipt for a refund. Before returning your item, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number.
For gift purchases, items can be sent back within 28 days for exchange and/or gift certificate.
Faulty items can be returned 30 days after purchase for exchange/repair. After the 30 days, a small fee will be charged for repair and reconditioning.

Personalised, engraved and made to order pieces cannot be returned.
We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings or piercings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once received, we will be happy to refund/ exchange the item to your chosen product(s).
Goods will only be accepted for a full refund (shipping costs not included) if the customer cancels the order in writing within 14 days of the order date.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
